Are you talking about a scroll for the entire page or just one little section? If you want one for the entire page, you have to have enough on it to make it scroll. If you want it for one section of the div, add overflow:auto; to the section that you position the div in.

Well, where do you want the scrollbar to be and on what layout? Most divs have a scrollbar, you just need to fill the box up enough.
